NICOSIA VILLA
cyprus

Built on extensive grounds in the city, the villa was conceived as a nostalgic retreat borrowing its language from 1930’s Nicosia houses while at the same time adhering to the highest contemporary specifications. The villa is built on a square plan with rooms accessed through a central lobby.

The grounds accommodate a main house and a guest pavilion arranged around the pool and staff quarters.

The house is finished with plaster, cream marble and Oregon pine. The floors are of solid maple wood and the doors are brush painted wood. The palette was devised to provide tranquility and calm, rounded corners enhance the acoustic performance of the rooms.
